This hotel offered a fantastic room with a clean bathroom, a stunning location close to the center and local attractions, all set on a beautiful hill.

Greatly enjoyed our big rooms, plus the staff was polite. The food was brilliant with lots of options.

The whole experience was very nice from start to finish, strongly recommend. It was a nice hotel in a nice area, next to Nuwara Eliya and several tea plantations as well as the center. I truly enjoyed the breakfast with a wide array of excellent food. The location was beautiful and the staff were very friendly! Local fast food option Sparky's Grill was 5 minutes walk away. Good service was provided.

This place is set in a stunning location by a hill, close to tea plantations and gorgeous waterfalls, and the friendly staff provides complimentary wake-up service and ironing.

The location here is beautiful and picturesque, just half a kilometer from the Victoria Reservoir and easily accessible from the airport. This hotel is situated in a really pleasant area. 🌟.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. It was a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a balcony where I could relax and take in the picturesque scenery. The attention to detail was apparent throughout my stay.

This hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding area, situated up in a hill. The rooms come with a balcony, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the scenic beauty. The air conditioning in the rooms is effective, keeping the temperature cool and comfortable.

The two free cocktails at check-in were a nice touch, and the Christmas decoration were lovely. the hotel is located on a hill, offering great panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was tasty.

The room was much smaller than expected and the bathroom needed some maintenance. the staff seemed disinterested and did not offer much help or information about the hotel or surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The view from the terrace was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable with clean and tidy bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They offered continental and traditional Sri Lankan breakfast with fresh juice and tea/coffee. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options and laundry service.

The view from the balcony was amazing, allowing me to admire the beauty of the surrounding area. I enjoyed the open patio where meals were served, providing a unique dining experience. The staff, especially Manager Chandima, were helpful and arranged a driver for us to explore the nearby attractions. The cool breeze in the hill made the stay even more pleasant.

The lack of Wi-Fi and free water was a downside, and the room itself was a bit small with no sitting area. The bathroom was cramped and the shower placement was inconvenient.

Spent Christmas in a stunning hotel with breathtaking views of the hills. The highlight of my stay was the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast served on the balcony, accompanied by the cool breeze blowing through the hills. The rooms were comfy with air conditioning and cozy linens.

The bathroom was small, and there wasn't enough space to move around. Unfortunately, the WIFI was not provided, and basics like water and towels were missing.
